Adoption Information
A searchable database of cats and kittens available for adoption is currently
under construction. In the meantime, you may click here to view a list of our
adoptable cats.
Our adoption fee is $95. This helps cover
the cost for the following basic care:
- Test for Feline Leukemia (FELV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
- Spay or Neuter
- Two FVRCP/C Vaccinations
- Two Feline Leukemia Vaccinations
- One Rabies Vaccination
- Routine De-worming
- Topical Flea Protection
- Ears Cleaned
- Nails Trimmed
In order to be considered for adoption, you must be 18 years of age and have
your pre-adoption application approved. To complete the application,
you may click here for a copy that you can
print and mail to us, or call and schedule an appointment with the Shelter
Director. (Our shelter does not currently have visiting hours during which we are open
to the public.) To
schedule an appointment, please call the Shelter at 330-505-3575 and leave a
message.
Please note that our animals have a life-long right of
return. If, for any reason, you can not keep an animal that you adopted from
us, you must bring it back to us for re-homing. You may not give it away.
